September Updates

At Growave we have created a culture of constant improvement that we demonstrate on a monthly basis. Each month we roll out a new set of updates designed to enhance our platform’s capabilities and in turn enrich our users’ experience.

1. Rewards page now prompts customers based on their eligibility

The rewards page will now clearly indicate when a customer is ineligible for the rewards program. This improvement aims to provide greater clarity for customers while browsing. This current update is intended for unregistered new customers, an additional prompt is planned that will notify existing customers of their eligibility.

2. A new banner to assist customers in setting up their points, referrals, and tiers

Setting up and managing your points, referrals, and tiers has become easier. Merchants are now shown a banner on the rewards program page that promises to clarify setup.

3. Two new extensions for order status pages

Ask Review: It’s now possible to request reviews from the order status page, promising to boost collections for merchants.

Earned Point Notification: This extension now shows customers they earned for the current order, enhancing the functionality of your loyalty program.

4. The new “Perk” feature introduces a new rewards customization

This new feature available on Growth Plans and greater, allows merchants to integrate their own rewards into the Growave program. These changes are managed independently by the merchant and enable them to create their unique rewards depending on their needs. Merchants can incorporate events, exclusive services, and more. Each tier can have up to 5 unique perks and is fully compatible with multilanguage features.

5. Improved branding section for emails

The email branding sections received a complete revamp. Now, all settings are grouped by categories, making it easier to set up email branding.

6. An exciting new update enabling QR Loyalty

This new feature is intended to streamline the in-store shopping experience. This feature enables customers to present their QR codes to cashiers who can then use the Shopify POS extension to automatically fill customer data and apply loyalty discounts.

This feature will go through a manual testing phase and will be publicly available on Growth Plans and above.
