How am I charged for Growave?
Charges for Growave are managed by Shopify, following their billing policies. Upon selecting a plan, a charge is generated and applied after the trial period. This includes charges for any additional orders beyond the plan's limit.
What happens when I exceed my limits?
You will get charged for every additional 100 orders depending on your plan
How does the free trial work?
You have a full 14 days to try the app for free. Cancel at any time in one click. You will not be charged if you uninstall during your trial.
How does contract buyout work?
If you're bound by a contract with a different app, we'll provide Growave at no cost until your commitment ends. We'll provide a free Growave trial that matches the exact length of your existing contract.
Do I have to use all 5 apps including reviews, wishlist, etc?
No, you can run any combination of the apps. However, when all apps are used together, they create the most powerful way to build a community.
Do you offer help to move from other apps?
Absolutely! You can export your customers' data and easily import them into Growave with a CSV file. You can also just get in touch on live chat and we can help you instantly.
