Loyalty program migration hurdles - LOFT’s Walnut loyalty program wasn’t compatible with Shopify, making point transfers and integration difficult. A smooth transition was critical to maintaining customer trust and engagement.
Limited online store engagement - Low online engagement slowed growth, as the majority of revenue came from in-store sales. To connect in-store and online purchases, simplify point redemption at checkout, and encourage participation, LOFT the Store integrated Growave’s loyalty program into their retail operations using Shopify’s POS system and QR codes. As part of the solution, Growave executed a carefully managed migration from Walnut, ensuring that all customer loyalty accounts, along with their data and points, were transferred without disruption. This also allowed LOFT to easily update and configure a new points-based loyalty program fully integrated with Shopify.
